Journey with us into the hygiene department, where you will learn to educate the patient about treatment and procedures. Observe how to co-diagnose without diagnosing and learn how to get your patients to want the treatment they need all prior to the examination by the doctor.
You will then be escorted to the financial coordinator who will again cover the important aspects of educating patients. There you will experience how to present financial options, handle insurance issues, and how to secure a financial obligation from your patients with no misunderstandings.
Your final destination will be the appointment desk where you can listen in on the verbal skills necessary to secure an appointment or successful methods of follow-up.
